This website is owned and operated by Mahalaxmi Industries (GSTIN: 22DKMPS4910N1ZP), trading under the brand Atoya Creation, with its address at C/o Yogesh Soni, Main Road, near Laxmi Jewellers, Jagdalpur 494001, Chhattisgarh, India. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. Products
- Our products are 3D printed. Small layer lines, minor colour variations and slight size differences (approximately +/-5%) are a natural part of the process and are not defects.
- Product photos are for illustration. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.
- Dimensions mentioned are approximate.
3. Personalised and custom orders
- You are responsible for checking the spelling, names, dates, colours and other personalisation details you send us. We will make the product exactly as submitted.
- For custom designs, we may share a design preview for approval before printing. Once you approve it or production starts, changes may not be possible.
- You confirm that you have the right to use any names, photos, logos or designs you send us. We may refuse orders that infringe on someone else's copyright or trademark, or that contain offensive content.
4. Pricing and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and any COD fee are shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely by third-party payment gateways (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We do not store your payment details.
- We may change prices at any time, but the price at the time of your order will apply.
- If a product is listed at a wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and give a full refund.
5. Order acceptance
An order is confirmed when payment is successful and you receive a confirmation. We may cancel any order because of stock or material unavailability, a pricing error, suspected fraud or an undeliverable address. In that case, you will receive a full refund.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping, returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns and Refund & Cancellation Policy pages, which form part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including photos, designs, text and logos, belongs to Atoya Creation / Mahalaxmi Industries and may not be copied or used without written permission. Any character or brand names used in product titles belong to their respective owners and are used for description only.
8. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or post false or harmful content.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control (such as natural events, strikes or lockdowns).
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
