Shipping Policy

 

Where we ship

We ship across India. We do not ship outside India at present.

 

Dispatch time

- Ready-stock products: dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.

- Personalised and made-to-order products: dispatched within 3-7 business days, as each piece is made specially for you.

- Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

 

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days for most locations in India, and longer for remote areas and the North-East. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, festivals or other events outside our control.

 

Shipping charges

- Shipping charges apply and are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available. A COD fee may apply and will be shown at checkout. Personalised items may require prepayment.

 

Courier partners and tracking

We ship through our courier partner, Delhivery. Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details by WhatsApp, SMS or email.

 

Address and delivery

Please enter a complete address, PIN code and a reachable phone number. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address or because no one was available, re-shipping charges will apply.

 

Damaged parcel?

If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery (see Returns below).

 

Returns Policy (summary)

- Ready-stock products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging.

- Personalised and custom-made products are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective or are different from what you ordered.

- For any damage or defect claim, please share a clear unboxing video (recorded from opening the sealed parcel) and photos.
